Ares BJJ Kids martial arts program focuses on the ultimate self-defense of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(BJJ) and the throwing techniques of Judo. BJJ has proven itself to be the best self-defense system in the world. The BJJ kids program teaches high level techniques to children that can be applied in real life situations. The BJJ program is also great way for your kids to get in shape using their own body weight and through live sparring(randori). BJJ and Judo distinguish themselves from every other martial arts through randori. Live sparring(Randori) takes out the dangerous elements making live sparring with a fully resistant partner safe. Jovan Mena has been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2003 and currently sparring everyday to refine his BJJ techniques. There are no contracts and no belt fees.
