The Mission of Pine Habilitation and Supported Employment, Inc. is to meet the diverse needs of persons served with individualized services delivered through teamwork in a responsive, supportive environment.

Pine Habilitation and Supported Employment, Inc. is a private non-profit corporation chartered under Minnesota law to provide day services to persons with disabilities. PHASE services are work-related and intended for adults (age 18 and older) who have a disability. PHASE provides support to persons who, as a result of their disability, have difficulty in finding and maintaining employment.
