To meet the diverse designs of ID card, banking card and other kinds of card application, PIOTEC flexible personalization line FPL3000 was developed. Based on modular design , FPL3000 credit card maker machine can be configured with function modules including magnetic encoding, contact IC encoding, contactless IC encoding, thermal printing, embossing and indenting, topping, DOD inkjet, laser engraving, optical visual verification & contact IC verification & contactless IC verification, the quantity for each module can be decided by customer's need.

Functions of FPL3000 Banking Card Flexible Perso Liner

Input Module

1. Equipped with 2 sets of card input magazine, with a maximum capacity of 500 cards per magazine.

2. Achieve automatic switching of card magazines, with chip detection function and dual card detection function.

3. Set up a quick dismantling mechanism for easy maintenance.

Magnetic Encoding Module

1. Equipped with two magnetic heads, one with writing magnetic function and the other with reading function, with ISO7811 which can encode track 1, 2, and 3.

2. All common ISO, AAMVA and JIS formats, can be supported. HICO or LOCO can be set up.

Contact/Contactless IC Perso Module

1. IC module contains 16 contact Perso stations and 8 contactless Perso stations.

2. Equipped with 4 sets of four in one PIOTEC readers for the contact Perso module, Model: PT204PT, supports multiple standard protocols such as ISO7816.

3. Equipped with 2 sets of four in one PIOTEC contactless readers for contactless Perso module,Model: PT1304N, supports multiple protocols such as ISO14443A/B, MIFARE, ISO/IEC 15693, Felica, etc.

Clean Module

1. Equipped with 2 cleaning rollers to perform double-sided cleaning on the card.

Thermal Printing Module

1. Monochrome thermal printing modules with resolution of 300DPI, more modules can be added on requirements.

2. Image formats such as BMP, GIF, TIFF, PGN are available.

3. Capable of detecting color ribbon breakage; Color ribbon remaining quantity alarm function.

DOD Inkjet Module

1. DOD inkjet module including 1 plasma unit , 1 DOD inkjet system, and 1 UV curing unit.

2. 1 more set of DOD module is extensible which makes double-sided speed up to 6000UPH.

3. Black/white monochrome inkjet is supported and YMCK color inkjet is optional, maximum resolution is up to 1200DPI.

4. Dual-side printing is supported. Single -sided printing speed is 6000UPH and double -sided printing speed is 3000UPH.

Laser Engraving Module

1. 20W fiber laser and extractor.

2. Equipped with 1 smoke purifier.

3. Characters (including Micro-text), bar codes, QR codes, machine readable codes, CLI/MLI, braille and high-quality gray images can be engraved on the front and back of the card with a resolution of maximum 1600DPI.

Embossing and Indenting Module

1. Support embossing and indenting character printing. Support indenting character printing on both sides

2. Character Plate Capacity: up to 120 characters.

3. The Character nails complies with the ISO standard for international credit card specific characters.
