Sun Yeh 91BT ceramic lined ball valve series is designed with precision ceramic half-lined ball valves. It has multiple functions such as cut-off and adjustment. It can play the role of throttling governing and cut-off control in highly corrosive medium containing abrasive solid content. As one of ceramic valve manufacturers, Sun Yeh Ball Valve is designed by separating fixed valve ball and rotary valve stem, which can reduce the torque of rotary valve ball without bearing radial differential pressure and torsion. It ensures that after long-time erosion and wear of medium the valve seat still keep its switch and adjustment performances. And that is one of the unique highlights of Sun Yeh Ceramic Partial  Valve.

FEATURES OF CERAMIC PARTIAL LINED VALVE

Sun Yeh ceramic ball valve adopts three-stage structure and fixed ball design to achieve higher pressure difference. The ball is always in the center axis motion, no displacement because of pressure difference change, and it has the properties of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and crushing resistance.

With three-piece design, symmetrical structure, fixed flow direction, front seal and automatic compensation principle of seal. Its regulating performance will not affected by wear and tear of valve seat.

The actuator connection is through the bracket interface, which meets the ISO 5211 size standard.

SunYeh 91BT Series Ceramics Control Ball Valves with fixed ball structure. Only rotational torsion occurs when the stem rotates, there is no differential pressure inside the tube to produce ball and seat extrusion friction force, and ultimately achieve low torque.

Forged steel metal protective shell can be coated with epoxy resin or nylon to meet the requirements of color recognition and corrosion resistance environment. Like stainless steel shells, the ceramic lined valves are allowed to be exposed to extremely harsh environments without external corrosive degradation. It firmly surrounds ceramic components to prevent them from any possible damage. Pipeline pressure is absorbed by the shell instead of being transferred to the ceramic because all flange bolts are connected directly to the shell.

Strong ceramic body fully encapsulates the ball and acts as a pressure vessel when fitted with the seat. It ensures that our ceramic partial ball valves can withstand high pressure and high differential pressure.
