Participation with Boeing in factory inspections for new order Client aircraft

Support pre-paint meetings and post paint inspections

Tracking all Non Conformances on each aircraft though to delivery.

Support customer flight activities as required.

Participate in negotiation of mitigation and warranty terms for rework/non-conformances.

Liaise with Lessee's during the aircraft build process.

Pro-active reviews with Boeing Factory and Field staff, including weekly factory and flight line meetings, to ensure that the highest quality is maintained and customers viewpoint understood.

Recommend additional safeguards/work practices that could be implemented to further improve quality levels.

Provide feedback to the Client resident team for inclusion in the Client Score carding syst
