•Design & review HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power distribution, emergency power system, UPS, life safety, security, telecommunication system plans & specifications.

•Manage design team, project schedules, budgets, and obtain permits for operations.

•Make engineering calculations in connection with field and office assignments.

•Investigate field problems and recommend solutions.

•Ensure compliance with NEC & safety requirements and standards procedures.

•Provide construction administration services and evaluate bids.
