What started as a family business in 1936 is now a well-established worldwide enterprise for the production of professional ingredients for modern baking. Our range includes functional products both for bread and cakes, answering to customer needs and requests. Aromatic operates wholly owned subsidiaries and is also represented in many parts of the world through our extensive network of experienced and Aromatic-trained distributors. Our Customer Service is ready to assist our customers,
with everything from specific queries to orders. Further customer support is provided by our Bakery Advisory Team. They act as an inspiring partner, in close collaboration with our customers. Our RD represents innovative product development with experienced and ambitious staff. They are always ready to take on new challenges to supply customers with relevant solutions.

We continuously develop new ingredients and solutions to optimize our customers baking results. As customer needs vary from country to country
and market to market, we supply products for a wide range of applications.
CONSISTENCY, TEXTURE VOLUME
We offer everything to optimize products, giving them that newly baked feeling. The products range from emulsifiers and softness enhancers to bread and cake improvers. All to improve the texture and volume in all kinds of
applications, for baking powder based products as well as yeast raised dough.
Our cutting-edge competence is within a-gel emulsifiers where we have in-depth knowledge and long experience.
FLAVOUR APPEARANCE
This segment includes flavours, malts and colouring, all areas where we have a long tradition and extensive knowhow. Our flavours range from citrus, berry and fruit to chocolate and coffee. Our quality malts are based on barley,
rye or wheat.
RELEASING
Our release agents can be sprayed or brushed onto tins, baking sheets, bands and other machinery. Depending on the customers needs, we have release agents to be used either horizontally or vertically. They are based on vegetable
oils and are easy to use for excellent results.
FRESHNESS
We have a great know-how when it comes to balancing recipes, to secure an optimal baking process and freshness of the baked products. We provide support on location and in dialogue with our customers to analyze and define each customers specific needs. Our enhancers are based on different active components in order for the customer to be able to choose the most
suitable alternative. Thereby we can guarantee a basic must, bread and cakes with a mould-free shelf-life for a fresh appearance.
QUALITY
As far as quality is concerned, it is ensuring for our customers to know that we are internationally certified through ISO 9001, HACCP and BRC.
We have our own modern and technically advanced production plant, which allows for an efficient and flexible production. We work with high-quality
ingredients only and are also very particular in our choice of suppliers.
Likewise, it is important to be able to offer relevant solutions to each and every customer. This is secured by our ambitious RD, where we have highly competent staff who work with sustainable long-term research in collaboration with international research institutes. We also take an active part in product development projects, in close cooperation with our customers to solve
specific needs. All in all, this means that our customers can feel safe and content with us as supplier of innovative products.
