The Bugarian citizenship program

This is an EU program offered by our company and processed under the following article of law:

Art. 16. Person who is not Bulgarian citizen can acquire Bulgarian citizenship without the presence of the conditions under Art. 12 if the Republic of Bulgaria has an interest in his naturalization or if the person has special contributions to the Republic of Bulgaria in the public and economic sphere, in the sphere of science, technology, culture and sport.

Croatia Citizenship program

Croatia is a European country and is listed as a candidate country for entry into the European Union, expected entry date 2012-13.

This program gives the applicant many visa free travel destinations, please see below chart.

Processing for the program is under the following ruling:

Article 12 A foreign citizen whose admission to Croatian citizenship would be of interest for the Republic of Croatia, can acquire Croatian citizenship by naturalization although he or she does not meet the prerequisites from Article 8, paragraph 1, points 1 to 4 of this Law. Croatian citizenship can be acquired by the spouse of the person from paragraph 1 of this Article who has acquired Croatian citizenship although he or she does not meet the prerequisites from Article 8, paragraph 1, point 1 to 4 of this Law. The authorized Ministry shall issue an opinion on the existence of an interest in the admission to Croatian citizenship of a foreigner from paragraph 1 of this Article.

Serbia Citizenship program

Serbia is a European country, although not yet part of the European Union, it is listed however as a potential candidate country with possible entry date in 2014 to 2015, Serbia offer many visa free travel destinations, including Europe as demonstrated in image below:

The Serbia program is processed under the following ruling: Article 13 A foreigner whose admission to Serb citizenship would be in the interest of Republic of Serbia will be admitted to citizenship even if he or she does not fulfill the requirements in Article 7, points 1 to 3 of this law.
