Description:

The equipment is mainly used for on-line monitoring of high-voltage equipment such as bushing, coupling capacitor, CT, main core and arrester for 110KV or higher substations. The testing items are: dielectric loss, equivalent capacitance, leakage current, arrester full current, resistive current, temperature & humidity of environment and main core grounding current.

1. The whole structure

The equipment includes: user computer, substation central monitor and amount of local measurement unit.

2. Central monitor

It can be installed at the working site or the main control room, one set per substation. Control the working status of each local measuring unit through communication bus, read and process the measured data and abnormal info and store the final insulation data (storage for one year). It is ready to accept the access from remote data management system (PC).

3. Acquisition unit

The acquisition unit is installed on the operation site, each test electrical equipment group (three phase) per unit. The on-site monitoring insulation properties will be digitally transmitted to the central monitor through communication bus.

The monitoring equipment adopts distributed structure: different type and numbers of the local measuring unit can be mounted on the communication bus according to the requirement.

With remote monitoring and analyzing, the equipment can access the real-time monitoring data though LAN and telephone line.

Automatic fault diagnosis and abnormal alarm, display and print the relevant curve and forms.

Real-time self-checking function and show the fault on the central PC.

The monitoring data will be automatically stored in the SQL database for more than 10years and easily integrated into MIS system.
