Band, live Theatre Productions Business, becoming a Non -Profit membership Organization, am accepting volunteers.

Presently doing fund raising to incorporate as a 501 c 3 Non Profit Organization. Considering my Board of Directors,

fund raising for operating expenses, for equipment costs, and for maintaining a Home Office for my Non-Profit Organization.

Developing a present mission statement and present Vision for Barefoot Productions. I also am presently a Screenwriter,

I write screenplays and these are to be registered with the WGA (Writer's Guild of America) asap. Then I do fundraising for my Screenplays and locate film Producers to create my films with within the guidelines of the Screen Actors' Guild.

My plan is to join SAG on my next film project.
