Product description

Bartley Vue project is developed by Wee Hur Holdings, a large-scale property development business serving several areas of Singapore. Established in 1980, way before Bartley Vue launch was even a thing, Wee Hur Holdings has seen a massive growth in its business over the years. This upscaling primarily stems from its undertaking of diverse and complex megaprojects that has allowed the company to gain immense and worthwhile experience in the construction industry.

Wee Hur Holding’s portfolio includes construction of hotels, industrial structures, offices, malls, residential apartments, religious & heritage structures, conservation projects, and a lot more. Taking a massive step forward in the industry, Wee Hur Holdings decided to go public in 2008 after listing itself on the Singapore Stock Exchange Mainboard. The company then moved on to scale their business by establishing a “property development division” wholly focused on this particular facet of the construction industry. This very division is responsible for Bartley Vue balance unit project.

The company’s most recent projects that are completed prior to Bartley Vue launch include:

Parc Botania: This is a residential project comprising 735 units and is situated within Fernvale estate. All 735 residential units had been sold by March 2020.

Mega @ Woodlands: This is a massive industrial project comprising 517 units and is situated along Woodlands Avenue 12. The project was finished back in 2018.
