Beijng Keyin Modern Printing Technology Co., Ltd. (Starlight), a high-tech enterprise registered in China Academy of Printing Technology at Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Zone, is subordinated to China Printing Group Corporation (CPGC).

Starlight is among the first producers and suppliers in China regarding PS plates, CTP plates, and related consumables and equipment. The first web PS plate production line was born here in Starlight. Starlight's products were awarded as National Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress, and Fist Product by Beijing New Technology Industry Experimental Area.

In 2007 Starlight was restructured and changed into a limited liability corporation with a registered capital of RMB100 million. Starlight possesses four subsidiary companies, as well as a large number of experienced talents specialized in management, technology and sales.

Starlight has acquired ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate and ISO 14001 Environment Management Certificate. Starlight develops and manufactures CTP plate setters independently as well as series of thermal CTP plates, UV-CTP plates (CTcP) and PS plates. Thus we are able to systematically provide integral prepress solutions which are initiative and self-produced.
