I have been in this type of business (soft furnisihings) for the last 25 years and Blind Inspiration evolved 13 years ago. I brought my son into the business around 7 years ago and he has been a great asset to the services we provide. We now have a range of products second to none and can offer advice on the right product for your requirements, whether it be heat in the summer or cold in the winter, do we need shutters on that door or a roller blind?? or just what do I need to cover this window??. You may have guessed we are a family business and this means you deal with myself or my son, from start to finish, during the process. There are no middlemen, salesmen or sub-contractors, we advise, quote and fit ourselves and our excellent after sales service has been commented on. Our goal is customer satisfaction and I believe we give that as 60% of our work comes from recommendations. Our product range includes Roller, Vertical and Venetian Blinds, Roman, Wood, Velux and Pleated Blinds, Sliding Panels, Specialist Voile Blinds, including Silhouette, Facette, Twist and Italia. We also supply and fit, Conservatory Roof and Side Blinds, in Single Pleat or the Superior Double Pleated Duette, along with Plantation Shutters and Awning Systems. We also specialise in shaped blinds for awkward shaped windows. Most of the products mentioned above can be motorised, please call for more information. 4 years ago I started to make product videos of some of our ranges. This was a major step in showing what we could do and even though Blind Inspiration was quite well known at the time, within a year of streaming the videos we had increased our turnover. Currently, we have 11 product videos on our website, including a child safety one.
