Prior to forming his own law firm in 2004, Bryon was a Senior Associate at a New York law firm. Before that time, he was with the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Bryon is a Faculty memeber for Lawline.com and Lorman Education Servcies where he teachest business and law courses. He has been appointed an arbitrator and mediator for the Rochester City Court.

Bryon has made appearances on Rochester, NY area TV and news radio programs addressing a variety of civil litigation cases.

Bryon also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for a Not-for-Profit entity serving developmentally disabled individuals.
