The cheesemaker Garau has been producing Sardinian cheeses since 1880. Thanks to the experience of 4 generations and the ageing cellars used for over 130 years, the company has preserved the time-old traditions of cheese-making and today offers cheeses with full and authentic flavour; produce made using only milk from the natural grasslands of the Sardinian hinterland.
