We are the pioneers of the vinegar producers in sri lanka. We are producing vinegars for years since 1896. CDDEF exports(pvt)limited is the company we have to produce distilled white vinegar by using sugar cane spirits. We are proud to say we have paitented for the coconut water vinegar as the company C. D. De Fonseka and sons(Pvt)limited. Also we are ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems certified company. At present we are having 80% of total market share. The other thing is that we are exporting vinegar through CDDEF Exports to india and for other countries we export our products indirectly.
