As a Nutrition and Wellness Coach, my role is to raise awareness of good nutrition and health in the Community. I offer a free detailed evaluation of yor current eating habits, I carry out a full body scan to find redings such as body fat, hydration leves, metabolic rate, weight etc. I can then make recomendations on a diet and nutrition program tailored to my Clients wellness goals and help my client follow a good nutritious eating plan.
