Our truffles are composed with a flavoured filling of cocoapowder,sugar,vegetable fat, ...with a layer of dark chocolate and on top we use the different pieces according to the taste.

Each truffles has it's own taste,structure and flavor and has been tested and designed to obtain the best possible mix.

Cocoa truffles with cocoa powder as topping.

Hazelnut truffles with hazelnut bits as topping.

Sesame truffles with roasted,unhulled sesame seeds as topping.

Coffee truffles with coffee flavoured pieces of sugar as topping.

Caramel truffles with caramel flavoured pieces of sugar as topping

Orange truffles with orange flavoured and coloured pieces of coconut as topping. (inside cubes of natural orange peel).

Coconut truffles with coconut pieces as topping.

Cinnamon truffles with cinnamon pieces as topping.
