CTLA has been operated since 1997 as a department in CTRM Aero Composites. CTRM has JV with CTL of Galway, Republic of Ireland in 2010. CTL is a reputable aerospace composites testing laboratory for Airbus in UK.

CTLA is located in the historical city of Melaka, about 140 km south of Kuala Lumpur, 210km north of Singapore.

CTLA is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and also NADCAP AC 7122 (for the Aerospace sector). We are proud to say that we the first in Asia to be certified to this NADCAP.

We do material testing mainly on composites, and also on wood and plastics, with reference to major international standards, i.e. ISO, ASTM, etc. Our scope of test cover mechanical (static) and chemical, and soon we will be doing fatigue test.
