We have three separate event areas plus separate temporary or long term storage for work space or staging areas for future auctions or flea market items. We also have a kitchen / concessions area and performance stages. Parking is no problem as we have graveled parking for approximately 400 vehicles and trailers.

Building was "salvaged" form disrepair and neglect by the current owners who wanted to perserve the historic site. The build has historical stories to tell and unique construction details.
