Our program provides a full spectrum fitness experience that includes cardiovascular, strength training, stretching/flexibility, core strength and agility, and our small class size allows mothers to develop a 1-on-1 relationship with their fitness trainer as well as with the other mothers in the group.
Diapers & Dumbbells workouts benefit mothers in their everyday lives by helping them lose weight and become stronger, more flexible, and more energetic through various functional exercises and training.
