Elite Training, Assessing and Development CIC is a non-profit organisation founded in September 2012 to meet the employment needs of the youth and people in the community (North West of England) and bridge the gap in employability skills, in response to the demands of a changing workforce. We endeavour to be widely recognised as a leading provider of high quality Employability Skills, Apprenticeships and Vocational training and workforce development service. Elite Assessing, Training & Development aims to promote, develop and provide quality training.

Founded by Katherine and Clodius who are both qualified teachers with over 20 years’ experience in teaching, lecturing, training and assessing at various levels. Over two years of working together in further education (FE) colleges. They share the same sentiments in empowering, equipping, preparing and transforming performance through work-based learning “as people are different it is essential that learning and skills development are embraced by employing different teaching, learning and development mechanisms that are not only employer centred by put the future employees at the heart hence harnessing individuals to reach their maximum potential at the same time achieving their dream job or career aspirations”. In addition, they hold lots of transferable skills from various sectors, for example, retail, sales, hospitality, business administration, warehousing, voluntary sector; charity work, health and social care coupled with an abundance of life skills. Between them they enjoy a wealth of both soft and hard skills.
