It started over 10 years ago when a group of creative people helped a guy with disabilities named Bruce make a sci-fi film. Today the Fallout has a diverse membership of people who want to be a part of community and live creatively. The Fallout does outreach to people with disabilities, at risk youth, financially strapped, the elderly and others who have any kind of barrier to creative experiences.

Fallout Creative Community has been recognized as a creative hotbed producing many films, songs, stories, various forms of artworks and much more. But it's diverse membership is what makes it shine.
