The purpose of our business venture is to create a new food source for food security in The Gambia and to introduce a delicious food,never experienced any where except the Gambia.

We have developed a monopoly with the preservation of the cashew fruit. We have created an inventory of the cooked fruit since 2007. We are able to provide the cashew fruit when there is no fruits on the trees.

We produce wine, jams, jelly, chutney, chocolate, a pepper soup, fudge candy ,brownies, vinegar, cake, and cookies all from the fruit of cashew.

We are thee only group with cashew in stock over 6 years, and a very unique method of processing.
