Established in 2004, Gold Summit has a wide range of health, fitness, and Chinese cultural education options for the person with a busy lifestyle. Whether your goal is just to get in shape and learn some health and wellness tips, or to acquire discipline and a good martial arts education for yourself or your children, we offer a schedule that can suit your lifestyle. Classes and programs are designed by Head Teacher with 20 years experience in Chinese Martial Arts and more than 10 years teaching children, teens and adults how to successfully merge Eastern philosophy and Martial Arts into the Western life. We partner with Confucius Institute at University of Buffalo and have ongoing exchanges and relationships with cities in China.
