Halong Cement Joint Stock Company has a Main plant in Quang Ninh province with capacity of 5,500 tons of clinker/day, 0.85 million tons of PCB40/year, the Grinding plant in Hochiminh city with capacity of 1.22 million tons of PCB40/year. The products of the plant are produced by dry process rotary kiln with modern and synchronous equipment supplied by FLSmidth - Denmark.

The two biggest shareholders of Halong Cement Joint Stock Company are Song Da holdings and Petrovietnam (PVN).
