Hangzhou Quanxing Plastic Co., Ltd. (QX-PLASTIC) is located in Yuhang Town, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province and belongs to Shanghai Economic Circle. It is about 30 minutes' drive from Hangzhou Downtown.

QX-PLASTIC is a sole proprietorship enterprise whose total amount of investment is RMB30 million.

QX added a casting production line based on the original 5 lines in 2011, of which the new one with an automatic T-die could guarantee film even thickness and meanwhile it is equipped with advanced online detecting system (including thickness detecting and defect inspecting) to ensure the steady production of super-low GSM film. QX has added a 2-color intaglio printing press, a perforated film line and two automatic slitting devices as well.

As a local company, QX takes quality as corporate life and continuously promotes technique and management development, and focuses on cost reduction. QX-PLASTIC has more than 160 staff members, including 30 technicians and administrative staff, and 4 senior consultants. The fully closed production site and air central control that meets level 300,000 purification efficiently help control insects, rodents and microbe in production site to reach controlling demand.
