The support and training to the Continuous Improvement Cycle Business Model will create a data driven culture by training on key skills including Excel, Data Analysis, Data Management, Process Improvement, and Performance Management. The foundation will be Excel Level 1, 2, and 3 training per the Microsoft approved curriculum followed up by Business Analysis Workshops designed to add techniques to manage data, performance, and business analytics.
