JSA provides environmental consulting services to both private and municipal clients. Our areas of expertise are site environmental, solid waste, and surface water. In the waste field, JSA is active in waste to energy projects, facility design, and providing educational training. JSA performs Phase 1 assessments and manages site reclamation and cleanup. The surface water side of the firm attempts to practice zero discharge design with aquifer recharge and/or water reuse.

In addition to our "expertise" areas, JSA does provide a full site civil suite of services, recycling program development, project management, and we teach in each of the fields we offer services.
