BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Initially, the company dealt only in real estate development whereby it constructed warehouses, factories, homes and commercial structures.

1.1 Introduction: As a result the company accumulated a good asset portfolio due to several acquisitions of land and buildings.

In the year 2009, the Directors took a decision to diversify company activities into agro-processing and manufacturing. This necessitated change of approach to formulate a new vision and mission

1.2 Vision Mission: Our vision is to be among the top natural fruit juice/pulp

producers and exporters in East Africa by 2015. Our mission is to provide

affordable and hygienic beverages made from natural fruits.

Ownership; The ownership comprises of two (2) shareholders;

Mr. Twinamasiko Jackson and Ms Jolly Kabagyo; the former being

Managing Director.

The Directors are seasoned business practitioners with fine

qualifications in the business discipline.
