In 1975, the founders of KONUR, Ziya HALIS (M. S Civil Engineering, Istanbul Technical University) and Fikret Ozdemir (B. S. Architectural Engineering, Istanbul Technical University) established their partnership to provide and accomplish architectural projects and construction services for private customers and national government.

Since 1986, Ziya HALIS and Fikret OZDEMIR have converted their private partnership into a Commercial Company thus, continued their services under the name of KONUR CONSTRUCTION AND COMMERCE LTD CO.
