We are proud to announce that we now offer a one stop shop for all your Embroidery, Vinyl printing, Digital printing, Screen Printing and sublimated promotional products requirements.

We offer a fast turnaround on all orders from 1 to 100 000. On low volume runs a small set up charge is applied. To create your own embroidery design you would have to supply ready to use artwork to take advantage of our cost effective origination service. On completion of the digitizing process (the process of converting a picture to stitches) you will be presented with a printed or emailed design showing colours and size of design for approval. When approved the design is embroidered onto garments.

Examples of products embroidered include: Polo shirts, Sweatshirts, Fleece Jackets, Oxford shirts, Ties, Jackets, Horse Rugs, Riding Jacket Backs, Fleece Rugs, Numnahs, Caps, Towelling, Beanies, Socks, Football Tops, Football Boots, Training Tops, Rain Jackets, Rugby Jerseys, etc.

All the above are film type transfers that are cut and heat applied to a garment. These are created by scanning your logo into a P.C. and then formating it into a Vector line file before transferring the image to a cutting machine which creates your logo. After the excess cut material is removed via a process called “weeding” the design is ready to be applied.

We will endeavour to keep your artwork charges to a minimum during the process, however there is a considerable amount of work required to create a vinyl design. With particularly detailed designs or orders requiring a high machine or labour time there will be a representative increase in price added to the design. No extra charges are incurred when standard fonts are used.

If you are at all able, we prefer the designs to be given to us in digital format, especially the first generation or original copy. We can accept most file formats. Vectored line drawn artwork in .AI format is best for vinyl work.

Screen printing requires the construction of one or more screens that are used to apply inks to the garment to create your design. This means for each colour you require one screen. It should be noted that the payment for screen construction is a one off charge, after which future orders will no longer be charged for it.
