Experience the heart of Mexican tradition at La Herradura de Joliet—a one-of-a-kind rodeo and live music destination just southwest of Chicago. Since its founding in 1976 by the Horseman Association Club of the North of Joliet, La Herradura has become the premier venue in the Midwest for authentic charrería (traditional Mexican rodeo), featuring exhilarating charro competitions, graceful Escaramuza performances by Team Las Rosas De Rosario, pulsating live Latin music, and vibrant cultural festivals.

Our mission is to preserve and celebrate Mexican heritage through unforgettable, community-driven events. Feel the energy as skilled horsemen and women showcase centuries-old traditions, while bands and regional artists bring live music that makes every Sunday a fiesta .
