Clockwork was founded by Helen Eade, a professionally qualified Administrative Manager (www.instam.org) with over 25 years experience in private industry and the public sector.

Helen Eade (Administrator, Project Manager and Virtual PA Coach) was a pioneer of the Virtual Assistant industry in the UK in the 1990s. Her exceptional administrative skills, experience of working remotely from clients, and of managing dispersed teams, combine to deliver the highest calibre of service to clients.

Clockwork's Modus Operandi

Clockwork works remotely from the client. Location is no issue; Clockwork's expertise and intelligent use of IT solutions remove any geographical boundaries. All Clockwork services are bespoke; clients aren't required to fit around pre-packaged solutions. Clockwork's fees are charged per hour or per project, as appropriate.
