What's the use of paying for 10 Mb BT Business Broadband if you are only getting 5% of that speed. Sounds ridiculous, but it is true. Test your broadband here. If you fine it is significantly less than you thought - and the culprit is the BT line - consider alternatives. Virgin Media cable, of course, if it is in your area, or increasingly now mobile broadband packages. Don't settle for the BT refrain about being too far from the exchange.If you can get no joy from any of the above, ask your neighbours. See if there is anyone getting a better speed than you, and find out why.
