Mahal Engineering (formerly known as General Pharmaceutical Machinery Co. and VK Industries) is the first pharmaceutical engineering company in the country to have pioneered the development of particle size reduction technology in 1904 under the chairmanship of the late Mr. Tara Singh Mahal.

More than 780 Roller Compactor machines are in operation worldwide. Today, the company has an established role as a supplier of customized stainless steel sanitary process equipment to Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical Nuclear Industries.
