Maori Language Week or te Wiki o te reo Maori, promotes the use of Maori Language within New Zealand. One of the three official languages of New Zealand, Maori Language Week is a Government initiative that supports the revival and public awareness for Maori Language use across New Zealand.

Each year, there’s a Maori Language theme, with this year’s theme being ‘Kia Kaha Te Reo Maori’ (making Maori strong) in English.

The good news is that Maori has been named one of the easiest languages to learn. While it’s easiest to learn a language from a young age, you can start learning at any time during your life. Contact us today.
