Mascon Ltd Co., formerly known as Global HB Trading Investment Co.,Ltd was established on 25/06/2007, specializing in trading on input materials for the construction industry and construction work. We and our affliates in the same Group who own 2 big cement factories (Song Gianh cement plant VCM plant in Quang Binh Province) and 4 grinding stations (Cosovo 19, Cosovo Phu Yen, Cosovo Da Nang, Cosovo 1) in Da Nang and Phu Yen Province, Vietnam.

Cement is one of the construction materials that form the pillar stone of Mascon s business lines. Cement industry is the basic industry and one of the key industries in Vietnam economy. Cement is used in different fields relating to construction like infrastructure, real estate, civil construction. It depends on the using purpose and clients requirement, Mascon gives proper kind of cement and at the satisfactory quality and price.

With over 10 years of experiences in construction materials field and the great support from the mother company HB Group, Mascon quickly becomes a reliable supplier of cement from Vietnam with high quality cement.

Not only the domestic market, Mascon also focuses on the export market to bring Vietnam cement brands to various parts of the world such as Asia, Africa, and others

Besides, Mascon has been the biggest supplier in Vietnam for chrysotile asbestos product which is used as input materials for asbestos cement roof sheet production, insulation, brake pads factories. Besides, Mascon is also the distributor of other construction products such as cement, steel and asbestos roof sheet in Vietnam. These businesses are closely linked together and focused by Mascon by investing more in both in size and in depth as company s competitive advantages. Therefore, the client network of Mascon has been covered through out Vietnam.

With the effort to serve clients Good products Good service but at competitive price, Mascon has quickly got the reliable position in the market. Mascon has expanded its business lines based on the exponential growth of the chrysotile asbestos business starting since 2000. It is now engaged in the supplying of raw material inputs for the cement industry such as gypsum, coal, iron slag. Mascon takes constant innovations at different circumstances to adapt with the clients requirements and help clients to overcome their difficulties and on its return, it helps Mascon to keep their development in depth and in size.

For gypsum, Masco has got the comittment with owners of gysum mine in Laos and become the strategic distributor of COECO Minerals Company a subisdiary of Economic Cooperation Corporation- Ministry of Defence.

For coal, recognizing the trend that coal for cement will be in shortage in the near future, Mascon has collaborated with its strategic partners in Indonesia and Vietnam for coal supply and consultance to cover this shortage.

Logistics cost in Vietnam is considered high in compared with many countries and it is really a burden for Vietnamese enterprises. It is necessary for Mascon try to cut logistics cost as much as possible to increase the competitiveness. Therefore, Mascon intend to do counter trading (goods for goods) and invest into logistics. Mascon has became a major shareholder (40%) of Vinafco JSC, one of the leading Logistics companies in Vietnam with a range of trucs, Container trailer, cement tank trailer, special-use vehicles, container vessels and a system of modern warehouses through out Vietnam and a widely network of agents.
