Millennium Technology was founded in 1999 by Susan Walch, as a Mobile based owned and operated business. The main focus of the company was to service Detention Centers with the monitoring of detainees and the facilities with the use of our specialized monitoring system. Security Plus+Systems was devised by Mrs. Walch to help make the monitoring of facilities a one step process by the use of handheld units for the Correctional Officers to use in their daily rounds and activities.

Since, 1999 the company has received the reputation by the industry as one of the leaders in technology and training in the Correctional Industry.
