ND Paper was founded in 1995 and listed on the The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 3rd March 2006. Notwithstanding a relatively short history, as at September 2012 the group is equipped with 32 large scale paper production lines of international quality standards in China, with a total design production capacity of 11.73 million tonnes per annum. It has become a modern packaging paperboard manufacturer ranking the largest in Asia and the second largest in the world. With the further inclusion of the 50,000 tonnes per annum design capacity for high value special paper products in Sichuan Leshan base, the 120,000 tonnes per annum annual design capacity of the Inner Mongolia pulp production base, and the 100,000 tonnes linerboard annual design capacity in the Vietnam base, the Group's total design production capacity reaches 12 million tonnes, thus becoming the first paper manufacturer in China with aggregate annual design capacity exceeding the 10 million tonne benchmark. For two consecutive years in 2010 and 2011, the Group was ranked first among the "Top Ten Paper Manufacturing Enterprises in the PRC Light Industries". The outstanding achievement which was made by ND Paper within such a short period greatly conduces to the world's favorable impression on the development of China's paper making industry in the last decade.

Headquartered in Mayong Town, Dongguan City, ND Paper currently has four major production bases located in Dongguan (Pearl River Delta in southern China), Taicang (Yangtze River Delta in eastern China), Chongqing (Mid-western China) and Tianjin (Bohai Economic Rim), and the new Quanzhou and Shenyang bases are currently under construction. Together with the acquisition of Hebei Yongxin Paper Co., Ltd. and the setting up of a joint venture paper mill in Vietnam, while at the same time securing stable raw material supply from America Chung Nam, Inc., the largest supplier of recovered paper in the United States, Europe and Japan, etc., ND Paper is growing steadily with a well-balanced strategic development roadmap. Moreover, ND Paper has a joint venture pulp production base in Inner Mongolia with abundant forestry resources, and a specialty paper production base in Leshan, Sichuan, reflecting that ND Paper has entered the high value paper product market and further reinforcing its position at the forefront of the paper making industry in the world.
