*Social Empowerment-Youth are given an opportunity to showcase their talents, go on trips to places such as the Everglades to learn about and experience a world outside of their neighborhood, and take part in enrichment programs to not teach them but to build their self-esteem. *Educational- Youth have a full tutorial program at their disposal. This program is complete with assessment tests in order to properly monitor their progress. The tutorial program also offers assistance with FCAT, ACT, and SAT preparation.

*Foundational Development-Youth are able to hone their leade
