Presentation is important. It is part of perception and "perception is reality" as the old expression goes. Like it or not, we are judged by the way we look, stand, dress, speak and by our various body gestures and body language.

The good news is that we have the power to control this! It can make the difference in receiving an award (or not), getting a promotion (or not) and for my celebrities, especially athletes, and CEO's, whether that major endorsement or merger / acquisition is signed!
Training of this type is also important for Human Resources personnel. Education and experience are wonderful but sometimes your most valuable employee may be one who is is eager to learn and grasps concepts and methods easily.
