Having worked as Managers, we understand the values and ethos that we

invested in staff and believe in doing the same for others providing a high

quality learning experience in line with CQC requirements. Together we have

over a decades worth of experience of various disciplines within the industry

from front line care/support staff to Registered Managers of multi category

establishments with the equivalent experience as tutors and assessors of

vocational qualifications

We focus on an individual learner centred approach, using a

blended and flexible style of teaching and learning embedded within

the Qualification Credit Framework. We believe strongly in working

in partnership with employers, promoting best practice in care and

support based on Sector Skills Council guidance together with a

wealth of practical hands on experience.
