We strive to be organic as much as possible. We have geese in our orchards to eat the weeds and bugs, so that no pesticides are used. Our vegetables and herbs are planted in raised beds with organic potting soil and natural compost. Our strawberries are raised in elevated boxes, planted with organice potting soil. All of our boxes and raised beds are watered by a timed drip system.
