We offer instruction in Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing mix, through small daily group classes and private/semiprivate lessons. We also offer weight lifting and conditioning lifting (for private clients only).
If you want ultimate private experience take private class or sign up for unlimited private classes program and the whole club will belong to you, no one watching nor will working-out beside you. Class structure - 10min warm up, then technique on the heavy punching bag and on Muay Thai pads. At your request (when you are ready) you can spar with your instructor in a save environment.
