Power Systems & Controls, Inc. (PS&C) was incorporated in June of 1965 to design, manufacture, and supply power conditioning systems for "mission critical" power users. PS&C developed expertise in the design and application of motor-generator (MG) sets for complete isolation of critical loads from power line problems. From that foundation, PS&C then developed it's first rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (RUPS) and subsequently has developed over 20 different products lines within the Power Conditioning product family.
