Dr. Jenna Cooper is a native of Orange County and studied Animal Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before earning her Veterinary degree from Massey University in 2007. She is often commended for her calm demeanor and its effect on the animals and families she works with. Dr. Cooper is an active member of the Southern California Veterinary Medical association (SCVMA), California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) and the Association for Pet loss and Bereavement (APLB).

When she is not working she is busy juggling the life of a mom with two toddlers and should she have a moment to herself she would probably be found at a local coffee shop or at the horse stables.

“This started as just the occasional house call but the effect was so profound that I realized, given the option, I would have it no other way.

The unconditional love, the snuggles, the licks and the warm little buddy in your lap. They do so much and in the end, we are faced saying the good-bye. This is not something that comes lightly, but rather from a deep sense of respect and love. We accept this pain so that they no longer suffer, and it is the last gift we have to give. “
