The Pre-Purchase Comprehensive and Termite Package ($660 inc GST) includes many additional services such as: a pool fencing safety audit, a list of areas suspected of containing asbestos, inspection of retaining walls, condition of fences, RCDs and DFES compliant hard-wired smoke detectors. These are items that many other inspectors will charge extra for, over and above their standard rates.

Don’t pay $220 or more just for a Termite Inspection! Our discounted Building and Termite Packages offer you a Termite Inspection for just $55. This is money you would not save if you booked a building and termite inspection with two separate companies. Most building inspectors are not qualified and insured to do both inspections!

A Prompt Building Inspections report is personally written by registered builder Jonathon Graham. This ensures that all statements and comments are 100% relevant to your property. The roof will be thoroughly inspected and any items that need to be rectified by the seller will be clearly labelled as such.

Personal Service After Inspection:

After receiving your report Jonathon Graham will be available to personally answer any questions you may have. Many inspectors do not offer this after-inspection service and are not available to help with ongoing advice. This can cause problems with settlement, especially when defects on the report are unclearly labelled or not specifically identified as being major structural defects.
