The IRM2Ex is a mechanical bimetal thermostat. Because of the compact design and the high switching capacity it is well suited for frost protection applications with heating tapes as well as heating plates. The thermostat is moulded in a M20x1,5 cable gland and can be fitted in a junction box with ignition protection class Ex e. Other temperature ranges are available on request.
