Ranger International Services Group, Inc., is the newest investment platform of Ranger Aerospace, a private equity consolidator that specializes in the aviation industry. Ranger re-entered the airfield services industry as of January 2009 when it acquired a majority stake in CAV International, Inc. In August 2009, Ranger tripled its government services operating investments when it acquired a majority interest in US Logistics, Inc. To expand our technical cachet offerings to the US Government and DOD Prime contractors, Ranger International launched Ranger TechWorks as an engineering services subsidiary.
